How to Order?

All the items in our Internet catalogue are quoted in US Dollar, FOB Thailand. Please note that the listed price is valid for export only. There is a minimum quantity order for each item and the total minimum order is US$5000 per shipment.

To order, please click on our Add-to-Cart button found under each item. Our convenience on-line shopping cart will automatically calculate the price and do the rest for you. When you are ready to send your order to us, please click on the View Shopping Cart and remember to provide us with your contact details.

Alternatively, you can send us an email to indicate the product codes, quantity and colour finish of the products which you would like to order.

Upon receiving your order, we will acknowledge by issuing you a Performa Invoice. Please feel free to contact us at info@essentialcrafts.com if you have other requirements. The delivery time for your order is between 6-10 weeks depending on the products and quantity. The raining season in Northern Thailand falls between months of May to Sep.The production will be slow during this period and it is advisable to place your order earlier to avoid unnecessary delay. In any circumstances, we will process your order as fast as we can without compromising on the quality.
