Raw mango woods are transported to factory from the plantation and arranged in according to different trunk size.
Sizing and crafting of mangowood vases
Traditional tools are used to shape the mangowood handicrafts according to different design.
The handicrafts are then dried in a kiln room for a period of 4-10 days depending on the size of the items.
The products are then hand finished using our proprietary sand techniques to give them the luxurious finish
Natural wood colouring is coated to the vases for extra shines and long-term protection.
Textures are created manually on some of the vases for individuality.
Finished products are dried and ready for packing and shipment.
All items will go through a Quality Check (QC) before packing. We use heavy-duty double-layered paper box for transporting the goods.Individual items will be wrapped and protected using bubble wrap and thick brown paper for ultimate protection. Further cushioning in between items are achieved with using light density paper. With this, we have managed to reduce the damages to almost zero.
